Your anonymous confessions (anonymous publications) are confidential, and the identity of the person making them is not accessible to third parties, including other users. All data about you is deleted after your account is terminated. However, anonymous confessions made by you are retained after account termination and may remain visible to other users and us.

When using the public sections of the Application, you are not required to provide any personal data. In such cases, we do not monitor or collect any identifying data about you. While we can track the number of people using our application, your identity will not be revealed through these actions. We may also record general information, such as your phone's location on the Internet, for system administration and troubleshooting purposes.

CURRENT LAW AND JURISDICTION

By accessing or using the Application, you acknowledge that all matters related to visiting and using the application are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. In the event of disputes, they will be resolved by the representatives of each party. If disagreement persists, the disputes will be settled in accordance with RA legislation.

You can visit our Application without registering, but to use the Application, you must register. Personal data is collected only when you provide it. When registering, you must provide your student email address. The system automatically retrieves your name and surname from the email address. You will also enter your date of birth (day, month, and year), information about your educational institution, and, optionally, a photo. Some of your data (such as information about your educational institution) is visible to other users. You can control the visibility of certain data (like your friends list, birthday, and created questions) by choosing one of the options provided by us: "everyone," "friends," or "only me." Your photo is visible to all users, regardless of the visibility options mentioned above. Posts made by you are available only to your friends. You can change the visibility of certain information (such as birth data, friends list, etc.) at any time.
When you use our application, we may obtain information in other ways as well. Our servers collect details such as your IP address, technical data about your device, and information about how you access our website, including your operating system type, internet service provider, and similar data. This information helps us understand user behaviour and trends. We also receive details about your activities within our application. Upon registering, we collect the information you provide, such as your email address and password.
